Operating principle
刮刀下部卸料離心機(jī)為立式全自動(dòng)過濾離心機(jī)。電機(jī)通過皮帶驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，待分離的物料在預(yù)先編制的程序控制下，通過進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下物
料通過過濾介質(zhì)(濾布/濾網(wǎng))的過濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出機(jī)外，固相則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。物料檢測(cè)裝置實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)物料充填位置，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達(dá)到機(jī)器規(guī)定的裝料量時(shí)停止進(jìn)料。然后對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌、甩干。濾餅達(dá)到脫液要求后，離心機(jī)降低到刮料速度，刮刀裝置在液(氣)動(dòng)控制下
將濾餅刮下，并經(jīng)離心機(jī)下部的出料口排出。
The automatic bottom discharge scraper centrifuge is vertical tuily-automatic filtration centri fuge.The motor drives the basket to rotate at high speed th rough the belt,ａnd under the con- trol of pre-written program, the material to be separated is fed into the basket through the feed system.After the material is filtered throuah the filtration medium(filfercloth/screen)under the action of centrifu g al forcethe liquid phase discharges out of the centrifuge through the liquid pipelineａnd the solid phase is retained in the basket. A material detection device is used to detected material filling position in real-time manner and when the solid cake deposit- ed in the basket reaches the specified holdina capacity of the centrifuaefeedina stops. Then wash and dry the solid cakeAfter the solid cake meets requirements for knock-out. the centri- fuge reduces to the scraping rate, under the hydraulic(pneumatic) control, the scraper device removes the solid cake.ａnd then the cake id discharged at bottom outlet of the centrifuge
