1. Contact Sensor PCS-100 with Needle Assembly

Contact sensor PCS-100

• Rotation angle can be set and/or changed flexibly CW or CCW, in the range of 5° to 175°.

可通過設(shè)置或者更改旋轉(zhuǎn)方向來調(diào)整旋轉(zhuǎn)角度，調(diào)整范圍為5°到175°.

Setting CW or CCW on the control unit depends on where the sensor/needle is set, and which one could achieve the nearest contact to the tool.

在控制器上操作，并據(jù)傳感器探針的位置和就近被測工具的原則來調(diào)整旋轉(zhuǎn)方向

• Contact pressure of needle (speed of needle swing) can be changed in 3 steps by the switch of control unit. The lowest swing speed is ideal for the small dia. of tools. Up to about 0.4mm dia. of tools can be detected.

只需要三步即可在控制器上調(diào)整探針的接觸壓力（探針旋轉(zhuǎn)速度），zui低旋轉(zhuǎn)速度適合測小尺寸的被測工具，zui小測量工具尺寸為0.4mm。

• Swing speed of the needle can be selected in several steps. It can help to minimize the cycle time of machining.

探針旋轉(zhuǎn)速度只需要遵循幾個(gè)步驟操作即可進(jìn)行選擇，這樣能有效地縮短機(jī)器加工周期

2. Control Unit SCU-100

OK output

If a tool is detected, OK relay outputs a momentary or latch signal. Green LED illuminates.

當(dāng)被測件被檢測到良好，繼電輸出一個(gè)瞬間信號(hào)，綠LED燈亮起。

FAULT output

When a broken tool condition is detected, FAULT relay outputs a momentary or latch signal Red LED illuminates.

當(dāng)檢測到破損件時(shí)，瞬間發(fā)出一個(gè)故障信號(hào)，紅色LED燈亮起

System Fault

A system Fault signal outputs at Fault relay when

在以下情況會(huì)發(fā)出系統(tǒng)故障信號(hào)：

• The sensor malfunction.

• The sensor direction setting and the CW/CCW switch setting are opposite.

• There is a short or disconnection at the sensor cable
