低溫脆性沖擊試驗機(jī)儀器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
本儀器是根據(jù)GB1682GJ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計的，各項技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合HG 2-162-1965塑料低溫沖擊壓縮試驗方法和GB5470-2008 塑料沖擊脆化溫度試驗方法等GJ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
 

低溫脆性沖擊試驗機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)原理
A、本設(shè)備由制冷壓縮機(jī)主機(jī)體、加熱裝置、電子控制箱、冷卻槽、冷卻介質(zhì)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、自動報警裝置等部分組成。啟動制冷開關(guān)后，壓縮機(jī)開始工作，制冷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入正式工作狀態(tài)。制冷壓縮機(jī)連續(xù)不斷的工作，當(dāng)接近設(shè)定溫度時，冷卻槽中的加熱裝置開始按比例提供熱量，用以平衡制冷系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的多余冷量，以達(dá)到恒溫的目的。攪拌可使冷卻槽內(nèi)的冷卻介質(zhì)不斷循環(huán)，使溫度均勻一致。
B、試樣夾持器
試樣一邊夾持4個試樣（橡膠類），另一邊夾持15個試樣（塑料類）。
C、沖擊裝置
沖擊裝置由沖機(jī)錘和自鎖機(jī)構(gòu)組成。
D、沖擊器
沖擊頭半徑為1.6±0.1mm；
沖擊時，沖擊頭和試樣夾持器之間間隙為6.4±0.3mm；
沖擊頭的中心線與試樣夾持器之間的距離為8±0.3mm。

免費為用戶提供所購儀器的安裝調(diào)試服務(wù)。在進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試前用戶方應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的準(zhǔn)備工作，并予以提前通知，具體安裝調(diào)試日期雙方可以協(xié)商而定。設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試由多年行業(yè)*工程師免費進(jìn)行。保證用戶可以正確使用、軟件操作和一般維護(hù)以及應(yīng)及故障的處理。

2、培  訓(xùn)：
我公司工程師免費為用戶提供操作人員培訓(xùn)，直到操作人員能獨立操作為止。

3、設(shè)備驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
用戶方按訂貨技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行驗收。并符合GJ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。設(shè)備驗收在用戶方進(jìn)行并由我公司安裝調(diào)試技術(shù)人員和用戶共同在維修報告上簽字以確認(rèn)儀器的調(diào)試工作完成。

4、設(shè)備維修服務(wù)：
我公司產(chǎn)品自用戶現(xiàn)場調(diào)試驗收合格后1年內(nèi)免費保修，終身維護(hù)。在1年免費保修期內(nèi)產(chǎn)品發(fā)生非人為質(zhì)量問題，我公司為客戶提供免費維修。如產(chǎn)品在免費保修期外出現(xiàn)故障，維修服務(wù)只適當(dāng)收取材料成本費。

5、技術(shù)zhi持：
對于所需儀器的用戶，根據(jù)用戶的要求提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)方案。除了常規(guī)的儀器服務(wù)外，我公司技術(shù)部還可為用戶提供各種非常規(guī)設(shè)備的技術(shù)zhi持。

6、售后響應(yīng)：
在接到用戶維修邀請后，2小時內(nèi)做出反應(yīng)，并給予解決。如未解決，我公司指派工程師及時到達(dá)用戶現(xiàn)場，解決問題至設(shè)備正常使用為止。
