金穗JS系列高精密磨粉生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)能在常溫下將各種的軟硬：PVC、PP、PS及改性PP、PS、PA、PC等不同分子結(jié)構(gòu)的及非塑料類(lèi)如（鹿角、木梢、皮革及棕油殼等）材料磨制成20目~80目粉末狀，適合塑料原料改性，色母料填充涂料、塑紡織的涂料、地毯背面涂料、制藥等加工行業(yè)，這些顆粒原料通過(guò)定量的加料器均勻地送進(jìn)磨箱中，再由吸風(fēng)機(jī)將磨好的粉末吸出磨箱經(jīng)過(guò)篩選機(jī)篩選回收，如較粗的顆粒再次被送進(jìn)磨箱中進(jìn)行粉磨，這些材料經(jīng)過(guò)我們特殊改良刀齒，創(chuàng)新突破來(lái)配合日新月異原材料組合使用，經(jīng)塑料制品廠商實(shí)踐證明在其產(chǎn)品原料中加入磨制粉體30%左右使其更好塑化且其制品的化學(xué)，物理性能保持全新料的各項(xiàng)指針不變，因此是塑料廠商降低成本且同時(shí)有利于保護(hù)環(huán)境的粉磨回收設(shè)備。
