美國沃克（WORK）是安裝在機械式真空泵上的閥門。閥門與泵接在同一電源上，泵的開啟與停止直接控制了閥的開啟與關閉。當泵停止工作或電源突然中斷時，閥能自動將真空系統封閉，并將大氣通過泵的進氣口充入泵腔，避免泵油返流污染真空系統。真空電磁閥適用的工作介質為空氣及非腐蝕性氣體。

工作原理

常閉：當線圈通電時，先導閥芯吸合，先導孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開。

當線圈斷電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔關閉，閥上腔由活塞節流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關閉。

常開：當線圈通電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔關閉，閥上腔由活塞節流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關閉。

當線圈斷電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開
