為何要使用蜂巢除濕機
如果你的塑膠產品存在如左圖所示問題,造成塑膠產品淪為次級品或不良品。那么,其多數原因為成型前塑料未充分除濕干燥所致,尤其吸濕性很強的塑料如PET、PA、PMMA、PBT等,實踐證明降低干燥風的露點到-40℃以下,同時控制熱量使之吹過含濕性塑料顆粒表面,才能使它在成型之前含水率降低到0.02%以下。
