1)外部侵入的污染物:外部侵入污染物主要是大氣中的沙礫或塵埃,通常通過油箱氣孔,油缸的封軸,泵和馬達等軸侵入系統的。主要是使用環境的影響。
2)內部污染物:元件在加工時、裝配、調試、包裝、儲存、運輸和安裝等環節中殘留的污染物,當然這些過程是無法避免的,但是可以降到zui低,有些特種元件在裝配和調試時需要在潔凈室或潔凈臺的環境中進行。3)液壓系統產生的污染物:系統在運作過程當中由于元件的磨損而產生的顆粒,鑄件上脫落下來的砂粒,泵、閥和接頭上脫落下來的金屬顆粒,管道內銹蝕剝落物以其油液氧化和分解產生的顆粒與膠狀物,更為嚴重的是系統管道在正式投入作業E-BM-AC-011F
