a） 真空泵B2通過(guò)真空輸送設(shè)備的分離容器產(chǎn)生真空。將物料從進(jìn)料口B1通過(guò)吸料軟管與吸料口吸入。
The vacuum pump generates a vacuum in Vacuum Conveyor separator tank. Air rushes in through the hose/pipe and the suction inlet from the feeding point. The bulk material is aspirated and then carried in this air stream.

b） 在分離容器的過(guò)濾倉(cāng)內(nèi)分離空氣與物料，將物料收集在料倉(cāng)中。旋風(fēng)分離器阻止細(xì)小粉末進(jìn)入過(guò)濾器B3，以提高過(guò)濾器的效率。

c） 料倉(cāng)充滿物料時(shí)，真空泵自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，輸送設(shè)備內(nèi)的壓力達(dá)到平衡。放料閥B4開(kāi)啟，物料通過(guò)出料口流出，并直接落入儲(chǔ)料容器C。

d） 出料時(shí)，過(guò)濾艙被反沖氣囊自動(dòng)清潔。其特制的振動(dòng)器可輔助下料，以提高輸送粘稠物的效率。
Along with the discharging the filter module is cleaned automatically by an air shock system. We offer vibrators to improve the discharging for sticky or highly bridging bulk materials.
e）出料艙關(guān)閉，整個(gè)輸送流程再次啟動(dòng)。
