谷輪渦旋壓縮機(jī)缺油故障的預(yù)防以及解決方法
我們知道，制冷壓縮機(jī)缺油運行，對其本身的造成的損傷是無法逆轉(zhuǎn)的。這條規(guī)則，對于谷輪渦旋壓縮機(jī)同樣適用。本文中我們將以谷輪ZB38KQ-TFD-558為例來講解。，渦旋壓縮機(jī)內(nèi)部缺油長時間會導(dǎo)致機(jī)構(gòu)部和各摩擦副過熱，導(dǎo)致軸承燒結(jié)、抱軸；即使短時間缺油也會導(dǎo)致機(jī)構(gòu)部和各摩擦副異常磨損，導(dǎo)致振動、噪音大。

以谷輪ZB38KQ-TFD-558為例，循環(huán)量在ARI工況下約為330kg/h，壓縮機(jī)在排出冷媒時，也會排出微量的冷凍機(jī)油。即使只有0.5%的上油率，如果油不能通過系統(tǒng)循環(huán)回到機(jī)器中，則在50分鐘就可以將壓縮機(jī)內(nèi)的油全部帶出，大約在2～5小時內(nèi)壓縮機(jī)將會燒壞。

預(yù)防方法： 1、確保排出壓縮機(jī)的冷凍機(jī)油回到壓機(jī)內(nèi)；2、減少壓機(jī)的上油率。（壓機(jī)頻繁啟動不利于回油。）
