一、工作原理及應用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
設備呈長方形結構，物料經加料機進入扁平型流化干燥室內，熱空氣從床體底部多個上方下圓流化管中流出與需干燥的物料（粉狀或微粒狀、晶狀）充分接觸，同時床內室設置有螺旋加熱攪拌器發出的輻射熱也和物料進行傳熱傳質，需干燥的物料在流化動能差與螺旋攪拌向前推動下從出料端排出，從而達到干燥之目的。適用于固體微細顆粒狀物料以及粉狀物料的動態流化狀態強化干燥。廣泛應用于醫藥、食品、化工、生物工程、冶金粉末、環保等物料的烘干脫水。
The equipment has a rectangular structure. Material enters the flat fluidized drying chamber via the charger. Hot air flows out of several rectangular-top circular-bottom fluidization tubes located at the bottom of bed and fully contacts with the dried material (powder-like particulate or crystalline), and simultaneously the radiant heat produced by the spiral heating stirrer provided in the internal chamber also makes heat and mass transfer with the material. In the circumstance of poor fluidization kinetic energy and pushed forward by spiral stirring, the dried material is discharged from the discharge end so as to achieve the drying purpose. The equipment is applicable to intensifying the drying of solid fine granular material and powder-like material in the dynamic fluidization state. It is widely used for drying and dehydrating the materials for pharmaceuticals, food, chemical engineering, bioengineering, metallurgical powder and environmental protection etc.
二、特點 Characteristics
1.物料在干燥過程中處于攪拌分散狀態，干燥效率高，干燥均勻。
2.物料在熱風傳導加熱的同時，還處于內熱攪拌分散漿的輻射加熱，故干燥時間短。干燥頻率比普通流化烘干裝置提高15%~30%。

2. When heated in the transfer of hot air, the material is also in the radiant heating of internal heating stirring and dispersing pulp, so its drying time is short. The drying frequency is 15%~30% higher than ordinary fluidized drying equipment.
