一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application
需煅燒(聚合)的物料經(jīng)螺旋加料機(jī)均勻進(jìn)入回轉(zhuǎn)圓筒一端,物料在回轉(zhuǎn)圓筒內(nèi)設(shè)抄板抄動(dòng)下做動(dòng)態(tài)連續(xù)高溫煅燒(聚合),達(dá)到要求后從出料端出料。適用于各種礦物煅燒、分解,化工聚合,高溫?zé)Y(jié),物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化等工藝需求,如:稀土、鈦白粉、各種礦物、磷化工等。
The materials to be calcined (polymerized) are fed in one end of the rotary drum by a self-conveyor feed, calcined (polymerized) dynamically and continuously at a high temperature under the action of shoveling plate set in the rotary drum, and discharged from the discharge end after meeting the requirement. This equipment is applicable to calcination, decomposition, chemical polymerization, high-temperature sintering and materials conversion of various minerals, such as rare earth, titanium dioxide, various minerals and phoschemical industry.
二、特點(diǎn)Characteristics
1.煅燒是在動(dòng)態(tài)下進(jìn)行,保證物料煅燒穩(wěn)定、溫度均勻。
2.物料系在連續(xù)動(dòng)態(tài)下進(jìn)行,工藝路線連續(xù)、流水化生產(chǎn),產(chǎn)能可大可小。
3.煅燒加熱方式可分為外熱式、內(nèi)熱式、內(nèi)外同時(shí)加熱式。方便、靈活。
