設備主要用于金屬材料、航空器材及船舶配件等實驗室加速模擬海洋氣候條件測試，設備內箱由具有耐腐蝕性的純鈦板制作，外箱采用不銹鋼板烤漆制作；保溫層采用玻璃纖維棉+聚氨酯硬質發泡膠制作，具有耐腐蝕性能和保溫性能。設備具有高溫、低溫、濕熱、干燥、鹽水噴霧等多個功能，可實現自動循環控制或單一功能控制，操作簡單，數據化管理。控制系統采用西門子PLC+西門子溫度模塊+人機界面制作而成，自主開發控制系統，可實現手機APP遠程操作控制、USB接口可連接U盤記錄試驗室數據，可連接以太網實現多臺設備同步控制。
The equipment is mainly used for accelerating the test of simulated ocean climate conditions in laboratories of metal materials, aviation equipment and ship accessories. The inner case of the equipment is made of pure titanium plate with corrosion resistance, and the outer case is made of stainless steel baking paint. The insulation layer is made of glass fiber cotton + polyurethane rigid foam rubber, which has excellent corrosion resistance and good corrosion resistance. Thermal insulation performance. The equipment has many functions such as high temperature, low temperature, damp heat, drying, salt spray and so on.
