一、用途:
ZJC-100KV擊穿電壓測(cè)試儀(薄膜塑料)由電腦控制,數(shù)據(jù)采集方式通過(guò)光電隔離,有效解決試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的抗干擾問(wèn)題,軟件操作使用方便,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)顯示動(dòng)態(tài)曲線,同時(shí)升壓速率無(wú)級(jí)可調(diào),可以根據(jù)自己的需要進(jìn)行升壓速率調(diào)節(jié),調(diào)節(jié)范圍在0.1KV-3KV/S,使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準(zhǔn)確,并能夠準(zhǔn)確測(cè)出漏電電流的數(shù)據(jù)。可實(shí)時(shí)繪制試驗(yàn)曲線,顯示試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),判斷準(zhǔn)確,并可保存,分析,打印試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。并且能夠自動(dòng)判別試樣擊穿并采集擊穿電壓數(shù)據(jù)及泄露電流,同時(shí)能夠在擊穿的瞬間電壓迅速降低自動(dòng)歸零。軟件系統(tǒng)操作方便,性能穩(wěn)定,安全可靠。

五、擊穿電壓測(cè)試儀(薄膜塑料)試驗(yàn)軟件:
1、在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中可對(duì)升壓擊穿過(guò)程繪制實(shí)時(shí)曲線,每次試驗(yàn)的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構(gòu)成,試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后可疊加對(duì)比材料的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)性。
2、可以隨時(shí)調(diào)取當(dāng)前及歷史試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行查看,編輯及修改參數(shù)。
3、試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中可以隨時(shí)修改試驗(yàn)條件及存儲(chǔ)路徑及自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
4、試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,可隨時(shí)通過(guò)軟件決定本次試驗(yàn)是否有效,方便篩選試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

六、安全保護(hù)功能:
1、試驗(yàn)在試驗(yàn)箱中進(jìn)行,試驗(yàn)箱門打開(kāi)時(shí)電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端,即高壓側(cè)無(wú)電壓。100KV測(cè)試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗(yàn)箱壁的zui近距離大于270mm,50KV測(cè)試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗(yàn)箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm,試驗(yàn)時(shí)即使人接觸箱壁也不會(huì)有危險(xiǎn)。
2、設(shè)備要安裝單獨(dú)的保護(hù)地線。接保護(hù)地線,主要是減少試樣擊穿時(shí)對(duì)周圍產(chǎn)生的較強(qiáng)的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計(jì)算機(jī)失控。
3、該試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項(xiàng)保護(hù)措施,主要有:過(guò)流保護(hù)、過(guò)壓保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警,電磁放電等。
4、直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗(yàn)時(shí),當(dāng)開(kāi)啟試驗(yàn)門時(shí)設(shè)備會(huì)自動(dòng)報(bào)警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報(bào)警會(huì)自動(dòng)取消.(注:因?yàn)橹绷髟囼?yàn)后不放電會(huì)危險(xiǎn)到人安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成傷害)。
