皺紋:
皺紋可能出現(xiàn)模制產(chǎn)品表面的厚壁或厚恭敬的,由力線像焊線前面描述的。但皺紋線條表現(xiàn)為自由曲線,盡管幾乎直線焊線。皺紋是由re-conjunction樹脂噴射后的模具。下面的預(yù)防措施是有效的。
(1)設(shè)置氣缸溫度更高。
(2)設(shè)置模具溫度更高。
(3)設(shè)置注入速度慢。
(4)改變門的位置。
(5)調(diào)整澆口厚度與模制產(chǎn)品近的那部分產(chǎn)品的厚度。
Wrinkle：
Wrinkle may appear on the surface of molded product with thick wall or having thick deferential, which consists of slightly dint lines like weld lines described previously. But wrinkle lines appear as free curve in spite of almost straight lines in weld lines. Wrinkle is generated by re-conjunction of resin after jetting in the mold. The following preventive measures are effective.
(1) Set the cylinder temperature higher.
(2) Set the mold temperature higher.
(3) Set the injection speed slower.
(4) Change the gate location.
(5) Adjust the gate thickness connected to molded product nearly to the thickness of that part of the product.
