CTA介紹:PCTA是一種共聚聚酯塑料原料。具有高透明度,良好的韌性和沖擊強(qiáng)度,優(yōu)異的低溫韌性,高抗撕性及良好的加工性能,優(yōu)異的耐化學(xué)性能,可電鍍,噴油,抗刮花,密度比PC低16%,加工成本比PC低40%,印刷、著色、電鍍性能佳,韌性比透明ABS高3倍,符合歐洲RoHS環(huán)保指令),適用于高檔次的化妝品,電子電氣內(nèi)材.玩具,高檔筆,并可取代PC在各種領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的運(yùn)用。可采取傳統(tǒng)的擠出、注塑、吹塑及吸塑等成型方法進(jìn)行加工。廣泛應(yīng)用于板片材、高性能收縮膜、瓶用及異型材市場(chǎng);可以用來生產(chǎn)玩具、家用器皿及醫(yī)療用品等。
PCTA共聚物是環(huán)己烷二甲醇和對(duì)苯二酸,以及根據(jù)需要用別的酸部分取代對(duì)苯一酸所形成的聚合物。與PET相比具有較低的可萃取性,更好的耐熱性,低溫抗沖擊性和水解穩(wěn)定性??蓱?yīng)用于取向和流延薄膜、熱成型盤子和單絲等領(lǐng)域。正常的PCTA共聚酯擠塑薄膜特性有:極亮的透明度、好的低溫韌性、高抗撕性和耐化學(xué)性。在合成PCTA共聚酯時(shí)改變酸的比例可使聚合物具有不同的*性質(zhì)。例如可具有高結(jié)晶熔融溫度(545F),用于制作可烘烤盤子。PCTA還可以與其它聚酯共混或填充玻纖、云母,以滿足各種性能要求。PCTA共聚酯制品可用于與食品接觸的各種用途,這在FDA規(guī)范21CFR—177—12401中已有規(guī)定,并也得到USDA許可用作肉禽類包裝材料。原料供應(yīng)商以美國(guó)伊士曼為主。

Durastar™ DS2010 polymer contains a mold release. It has excellent appearance and is nearly water-clear. Its most outstanding features are toughness, chemical resistance, and excellent processing characteristics. DS2010 has very good toughness as shown by Izod impact resistance. Exposure to aromatic oils often causes crazing or actual fracture of many polymer resins, but DS2010 maintains its physical properties when exposed to these oils, and its appearance is virtually unchanged. Easy to process, it flows readily and fills intricate molds. Under existing United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Durastar™ DS2010 may be used in food contact articles which comply with the specifications and conditions of use in 21 CFR 177.1240. This product is certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 51. This product has been GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®. The GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED® Mark is a registered certification mark used under license through the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute (GEI). GEI is an industry-independent, non-profit organization that oversees the GREENGUARD Certification Program.
