CTA介紹:PCTA是一種共聚聚酯塑料原料。具有高透明度,良好的韌性和沖擊強度,優(yōu)異的低溫韌性,高抗撕性及良好的加工性能,優(yōu)異的耐化學性能,可電鍍,噴油,抗刮花,密度比PC低16%,加工成本比PC低40%,印刷、著色、電鍍性能佳,韌性比透明ABS高3倍,符合歐洲RoHS環(huán)保指令),適用于高檔次的化妝品,電子電氣內(nèi)材.玩具,高檔筆,并可取代PC在各種領域內(nèi)的運用。可采取傳統(tǒng)的擠出、注塑、吹塑及吸塑等成型方法進行加工。廣泛應用于板片材、高性能收縮膜、瓶用及異型材市場;可以用來生產(chǎn)玩具、家用器皿及醫(yī)療用品等。
PCTA共聚物是環(huán)己烷二甲醇和對苯二酸,以及根據(jù)需要用別的酸部分取代對苯一酸所形成的聚合物。與PET相比具有較低的可萃取性,更好的耐熱性,低溫抗沖擊性和水解穩(wěn)定性。可應用于取向和流延薄膜、熱成型盤子和單絲等領域。正常的PCTA共聚酯擠塑薄膜特性有:極亮的透明度、好的低溫韌性、高抗撕性和耐化學性。在合成PCTA共聚酯時改變酸的比例可使聚合物具有不同的*性質(zhì)。例如可具有高結晶熔融溫度(545F),用于制作可烘烤盤子。PCTA還可以與其它聚酯共混或填充玻纖、云母,以滿足各種性能要求。PCTA共聚酯制品可用于與食品接觸的各種用途,這在FDA規(guī)范21CFR—177—12401中已有規(guī)定,并也得到USDA許可用作肉禽類包裝材料。原料供應商以美國伊士曼為主。
