PA6的說明:

PA6的化學物理特性和PA66很相似，然而，它的熔點較低，而且工藝溫度范圍很寬。它的抗沖擊性和抗溶解性比PA66要好，但吸濕性也更強。因為塑件的許多品質特性都要受到吸濕性的影響，因此使用PA6設計產品時要充分考慮這一點。為了提高PA6的機械特性，經常加入各種各樣的改性劑。玻璃纖維就是zui常見的添加劑，有時為了提高抗沖擊性還加入合成橡膠，如EPDM和SBR等。對于沒有添加劑的產品，PA6的收縮 1%到1.5%之間。加入玻璃纖維添加劑可以使收縮率降低到0.3%（但和流程相垂直的方向還要稍高一些）。成型組裝的收縮率主要受材料的結晶度和吸濕性影響。實際的收縮率還和塑件設計、壁厚及其它工藝參數成函數關系。

應用范圍:工業生產中泛用于制造軸承、圓齒輪、凸輪、傘齒輪、各種滾子、滑輪、泵葉輪、風扇葉片、蝸輪、推進器、螺釘、螺母、墊片、高壓密封圈、耐油密封墊片、耐油容器、外殼、軟管、電纜護套、剪切機

滑輪套、牛頭刨床滑塊、、電磁分配閥座、冷陳設備、襯墊、軸承保持架、汽車和拖拉機上各種輸油管、活塞、繩索、傳動皮帶，紡織機械工業設備零霧料，以及日用品和包裝薄膜等。
