eva邊角料磨粉機/RB/SBR/RB/海綿磨粉機

 本機器是一種新型節(jié)能、環(huán)保再生設備（適用于EVA、SBR、RB、PE、海綿等橡塑發(fā)泡邊角料的回收）。傳統(tǒng)邊角料回收通常先適用破碎機（22KW）破碎，再經煉膠機（55KW）混煉成片，實效100公斤左右（工人需3-4人），經高溫擠壓，易造成死料，回收率大大降低。而磨粉機采用高速、水冷集一體磨輪，主電機45KW，機器可24小時不斷工作，實效120-150公斤左右（視材料而定），一人即可操作。免破碎，免煉膠，直接將邊角料磨成粉末，目數可達80-120目，磨出的粉末接近常溫（60度）在添加方面，每一手可多添加10-20公斤，發(fā)泡出的片材每床可曾厚3-5毫米，而且密度更高，不會色差，縮短密煉時間，攪拌軸不易折斷，可大大提高產量，每天可為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造1500元以上的利潤。
