1、儀器安裝時應具有獨立的接地線。
2、在開機前,操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間,相對濕度60%到70%之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響,屬正常現(xiàn)象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進行放電,放電時間5秒以上。
7、每次進行試驗前,必須檢查儀器接地

1、試驗前的準備:
1)打開試驗機右側的總電源開關,預熱15分鐘。
2)打開計算機進入Windows系統(tǒng)。雙擊本儀器軟件的快捷圖標打開試驗登錄界面輸入登錄密碼即可進入試驗界面。
2、交直流試驗的切換
1)本儀器高壓輸出為交流電壓。直流的獲得方式為在原回路中串入高壓硅堆,使測試回路為脈動的直流電壓。實現(xiàn)的過程為,硅堆已經(jīng)在高壓變壓器的高壓絕緣塔中,平時用一個短路桿把高壓硅堆短接。需要直流試驗時,取出短路桿,使高壓硅堆接入測試電路中,這時回路的電壓為脈動的直流電壓。
2)前面板直流交流選擇按鈕。該按鈕的狀態(tài)不能改變設備輸出的電壓性質(zhì)。按下該按鈕,設備僅僅是把直流報警電路接入。指示用戶,當打開箱門時,您需要對高壓均壓球放電。轉動放電桿,使放電桿的端部銅球接觸高壓均壓球。建議用戶每次放電銅球接觸高壓均壓球時間大于五秒。
3)試驗的交直流電壓切換,主要取決于高壓絕緣塔中的短路桿是否取出。當取出短路桿時,高壓均壓球上的電壓為直流電壓,插入短路桿時,高壓均壓球上的電壓為交流電壓。短路桿的取出、插入?yún)⒖醋髠鹊氖疽鈭D。
4)在直流試驗時,計算機也要選擇直流狀態(tài),否則測的結果是不正確的。簡單的說,交流電壓與直流電壓有倍的關系。

Matters needing attention:

Operation steps:
1, preparation before the test:
1) the total power switch on the right side of the test machine, preheat for 15 minutes.
2) open the computer to enter the Windows system. Double click the shortcut icon of the instrument software to open the test login screen enter the login password to enter the test interface.
2, AC and DC test switch
1) the high voltage output of the instrument for AC voltage. The method of obtaining direct current is in series with a high voltage silicon stack in the original circuit, which causes the test loop to have a pulsating DC voltage.
