PSU 中文名:聚砜,英文全稱:Polysulphone。 PSU的性能 聚砜(PSU)是一類在分子主鏈上含有砜基的芳香族非結(jié)晶高性能的熱塑性工程塑料。分為 透明、不透明和填充品級3種規(guī)格。由于聚砜的主鏈為苯環(huán),通過醚、砜、異丙基等基“鉸鏈“聯(lián) 接而成,因此兼有聚芳砜的剛性、耐熱性及聚芳醚的柔性。PSU是透明、水解穩(wěn)定的塑料,尺寸穩(wěn)定性好,在室溫下具有良好的形變穩(wěn)定性;加熱形變溫度為175℃,具有突出的熱穩(wěn)定性,長 期使用溫度為160℃,短期使用溫度為190℃,能在-100℃~ +150℃范圍內(nèi)保持良好的性能。 PSU具有優(yōu)良的力學(xué)性能,拉伸強(qiáng)度為70~75MPa,彎曲模量2680MPa,并具有突出的*耐蠕 變性,在*時(shí)間使用過程中機(jī)械性能仍能保持不變。PSU還具有優(yōu)異的介電性能,即使放置在 水中或190℃下仍能保持很高的介電性能,在150℃下長時(shí)間熱老化時(shí),其物理性能和電性能變 化甚小,且耐蒸汽性能優(yōu)良,它的壽命在145℃蒸汽下至少為12年,同時(shí)在寬的溫度和頻率范圍內(nèi)保持良好的電性性能,其耐燃性能滿足更嚴(yán)格的安全要求,在耐輻射性方面為塑料的*品種。PSU易于加工成型、能達(dá)到精密的公差,除濃硝酸、濃硫酸外,對其他酸、堿、醇、脂肪烴 等化學(xué)物品穩(wěn)定。 本公司 可以免費(fèi)提供各種材料物性及各種材質(zhì)認(rèn)證 如:SGS UL MSDS ROHS MDS 等證明 : 通過這些鏈接您能夠訪問供應(yīng)商資料。我們盡量保證 準(zhǔn)確數(shù)據(jù)資料; UL 黃卡含有 UL 驗(yàn)證的易燃性和電氣特性物性說明PSU的制備方法 工業(yè)上,PSU的制備方法是先由氯苯與氯磺酸反應(yīng)制成對氯苯磺酰氯,再與氯苯在三氯化鋁催化下縮合成4,4‘-二氯二苯砜。接著與由雙酚A和氫氧化鈉在二甲基亞砜等溶劑存在下反應(yīng) 生成的雙酚A鈉鹽反應(yīng)縮聚成PSU PSU的應(yīng)用狀況 PSU的應(yīng)用十分廣泛,在電子電氣領(lǐng)域,PSU可用于制作各種接觸器、接插件、變壓器絕緣件、可控硅帽、絕緣套管、線圈骨架、接線柱和集電環(huán)等電氣零件,印刷電路板、軸套、罩、TV系統(tǒng)零件、電容器薄膜、電刷座、堿性蓄電池盒等;在汽車、航空領(lǐng)域,PSU可用于制作防護(hù)罩 元件、電動(dòng)齒輪、蓄電池蓋、雷管、電子發(fā)火裝置元件、燈具部件、飛機(jī)內(nèi)部配件和飛機(jī)外部零件、宇航器外部防護(hù)罩等。還可用于PSU制作照明器檔板、電傳動(dòng)裝置、傳感器等,世界市場上用來制作機(jī)艙部件的聚砜類聚合物需求在繼續(xù)增長,主要是由于這類聚合物燃燒時(shí)釋放的熱量少、產(chǎn)生的煙霧少,有毒氣體擴(kuò)散量少,*符合安全規(guī)定的使用要求;在廚房用品市場上,PSU可代替玻璃及不銹鋼制品用于制造蒸汽餐盤、咖啡盛器、微波烹調(diào)器、牛奶及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品盛器,蛋炊具及擠奶器部件、飲料和食品分配器等產(chǎn)品。PSU為無毒制品,可制成反復(fù)與食品接觸的用具。PSU作為透明新材料,耐熱水、水解穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)于其他任何一種熱塑性塑料,故可用于制作咖啡壺等。用PSU制作的連接管,用于玻纖或玻纖增強(qiáng)的聚酯砌面,管外層強(qiáng)度高,管內(nèi)層耐化學(xué)品, 較鋼管輕,且透明,便于臨控,常用于食品工業(yè)和制作強(qiáng)光燈的燈盞;在衛(wèi)生及科研方面, PSU可用于制作*盤、噴霧器、加濕器、接觸透鏡夾具、流量控制器、器械罩、牙科器械、液體容器、*、呼吸器和實(shí)驗(yàn)室器械等。PSU用于制作各種醫(yī)療制品較玻璃制品成本低,而且不易破裂,故可用于儀器外殼,齒科儀器,心瓣盒,刀片清理系統(tǒng),軟*片的成型盒,微型過濾器,滲析膜等
