PSU 中文名:聚砜,英文全稱:Polysulphone。 PSU的性能 聚砜(PSU)是一類在分子主鏈上含有砜基的芳香族非結晶高性能的熱塑性工程塑料。分為 透明、不透明和填充品級3種規格。由于聚砜的主鏈為苯環,通過醚、砜、異丙基等基“鉸鏈“聯 接而成,因此兼有聚芳砜的剛性、耐熱性及聚芳醚的柔性。PSU是透明、水解穩定的塑料,尺寸穩定性好,在室溫下具有良好的形變穩定性;加熱形變溫度為175℃,具有突出的熱穩定性,長 期使用溫度為160℃,短期使用溫度為190℃,能在-100℃~ +150℃范圍內保持良好的性能。 PSU具有優良的力學性能,拉伸強度為70~75MPa,彎曲模量2680MPa,并具有突出的*耐蠕 變性,在*時間使用過程中機械性能仍能保持不變。PSU還具有優異的介電性能,即使放置在 水中或190℃下仍能保持很高的介電性能,在150℃下長時間熱老化時,其物理性能和電性能變 化甚小,且耐蒸汽性能優良,它的壽命在145℃蒸汽下至少為12年,同時在寬的溫度和頻率范圍內保持良好的電性性能,其耐燃性能滿足更嚴格的安全要求,在耐輻射性方面為塑料的*品種。PSU易于加工成型、能達到精密的公差,除濃硝酸、濃硫酸外,對其他酸、堿、醇、脂肪烴 等化學物品穩定。 本公司 可以免費提供各種材料物性及各種材質認證 如:SGS UL MSDS ROHS MDS 等證明 : 通過這些鏈接您能夠訪問供應商資料。我們盡量保證 準確數據資料; UL 黃卡含有 UL 驗證的易燃性和電氣特性物性說明PSU的制備方法 工業上,PSU的制備方法是先由氯苯與氯磺酸反應制成對氯苯磺酰氯,再與氯苯在三氯化鋁催化下縮合成4,4‘-二氯二苯砜。接著與由雙酚A和氫氧化鈉在二甲基亞砜等溶劑存在下反應 生成的雙酚A鈉鹽反應縮聚成PSU PSU的應用狀況 PSU的應用十分廣泛,在電子電氣領域,PSU可用于制作各種接觸器、接插件、變壓器絕緣件、可控硅帽、絕緣套管、線圈骨架、接線柱和集電環等電氣零件,印刷電路板、軸套、罩、TV系統零件、電容器薄膜、電刷座、堿性蓄電池盒等;在汽車、航空領域,PSU可用于制作防護罩 元件、電動齒輪、蓄電池蓋、雷管、電子發火裝置元件、燈具部件、飛機內部配件和飛機外部零件、宇航器外部防護罩等。還可用于PSU制作照明器檔板、電傳動裝置、傳感器等,世界市場上用來制作機艙部件的聚砜類聚合物需求在繼續增長,主要是由于這類聚合物燃燒時釋放的熱量少、產生的煙霧少,有毒氣體擴散量少,*符合安全規定的使用要求;在廚房用品市場上,PSU可代替玻璃及不銹鋼制品用于制造蒸汽餐盤、咖啡盛器、微波烹調器、牛奶及農產品盛器,蛋炊具及擠奶器部件、飲料和食品分配器等產品。PSU為無毒制品,可制成反復與食品接觸的用具。PSU作為透明新材料,耐熱水、水解穩定性優于其他任何一種熱塑性塑料,故可用于制作咖啡壺等。用PSU制作的連接管,用于玻纖或玻纖增強的聚酯砌面,管外層強度高,管內層耐化學品, 較鋼管輕,且透明,便于臨控,常用于食品工業和制作強光燈的燈盞;在衛生及科研方面, PSU可用于制作*盤、噴霧器、加濕器、接觸透鏡夾具、流量控制器、器械罩、牙科器械、液體容器、*、呼吸器和實驗室器械等。PSU用于制作各種醫療制品較玻璃制品成本低,而且不易破裂,故可用于儀器外殼,齒科儀器,心瓣盒,刀片清理系統,軟*片的成型盒,微型過濾器,滲析膜等
