聚甲醛學名聚氧化聚甲醛(簡稱POM) 又稱賽鋼、特超鋼。它是以甲醛等為原料聚合所得。POM-H(聚甲醛均聚物),POM-K(聚甲醛共聚物)是高密度、高結晶度的熱塑性工程塑料。具有良好的物理、機械和化學性能,尤其是有優異的耐摩擦性能。
聚甲醛是一種沒有沒有側鏈,高密度,高結晶性的線性聚合物,具有優異的綜合性能。
聚甲醛是一種表面光滑,有光澤的硬而致密的材料,淡黃或白色,可在-40- 100°C溫度范圍內*使用。它的耐磨性和自潤滑性也比絕大多數工程塑料*,又有良好的耐油,耐過氧化物性能。很不耐酸,不耐強堿和不耐紫外線的輻射。
物理性質
聚甲醛的拉伸強度達70MPa,吸水性小,尺寸穩定,有光澤,這些性能都比尼龍好,聚甲醛為高度結晶的樹脂,在熱塑性樹脂中是zui堅韌的。具抗熱強度,彎曲強度,耐疲勞性強度均高,耐磨性和電性能優良。
