全氟烷氧基樹脂　　PFA樹脂相對來說是比較新的可熔融加工的氟塑料。 　　PFA的熔點大約為580F，密度為2.13— 2.16g/cc（克/立方厘米）。PFA與 PTFE和FEP相似，但在302T以上時，機械性能略優(yōu)于FEP，且可在高達(dá)500F下的溫度下使用，它的耐化學(xué)品性與PTEF相當(dāng)。PFA的產(chǎn)品形式有用于模塑和擠塑的粒狀產(chǎn)品，用于旋轉(zhuǎn)模塑和涂料的粉狀產(chǎn)品；其半成品有膜、板、棒和管材。美國市場經(jīng)銷的PFA樹脂有DUPOut公司的Teflon牌、Daikin公司的Neoflon牌、Ansimont公司的Hthen牌、HOechst Celanese公司的 Hostafl牌。PFA的用途與FEP類似。PFA（可溶性聚四氟乙烯〕耐熱、耐寒、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性、機械性、絕緣性、自潤滑性、耐折性、耐開裂性優(yōu)異。公司開發(fā)有注塑、擠出，模壓料。2. 適用范圍:目前國內(nèi)主要用于防腐防酸堿注塑件、高溫電線電纜、防酸堿內(nèi)襯件，吹塑制品等。技術(shù)參數(shù)：比重（g/CM3）2.12-2.17

Hyflon® D5220X is a white aqueous MFA dispersion. It is designed for impregnation processes and is particularly recommended for production of fabrics and laminates. Hyflon® D5220X exhibits excellent wetting properties and high shear stability. Hyflon® D5220X has very good film forming behaviour and is especially suited for top-coat passes to produce final items with superior gloss. Due to its features, D5220X can of course also find use in formulations for coating applications. Main features of Hyflon® D5220X MFA dispersion are: Very low APFO content NO polyethoxylated alkylphenols Excellent wetting properties Superior gloss of final items

Processing Hyflon D5220X is processed according to methods generally used for conventional impregnation technology. Generally the procedure involves dip-coating and then heating to remove water and surfactant from the impregnated item. Depending on the application, sintering above the melting point of the coated resin may be carried out to obtain the finished coated articles. Hyflon D5220X can be processed neat or appropriay formulated. Also, it can be used diluted using distilled or deionized water. Formulation, line speed and oven temperature must all be well controlled for optimized features of the coated substrates. Storage and Handling Hyflon MFA dispersions must be stored under suitable temperature conditions to ensure prolonged stability. Temperatures lower than 5°C must be avoided to prevent irreversible settling. Also, some settling may occur on prolonged standing and/or heat exposure. It is therefore strongly recommended that the product is always kept at temperatures below 35°C. The optimum storage temperature range is 10 - 25°C. It is also advisable that the product is homogenized by gentle rolling or stirring once per month and prior to use. Prolonged exposure of the liquid to air could lead to some coagulation at the surface due to water evaporation. For this reason and also to avoid contamination, it is recommended to keep the containers closed when not in use. Safety and Toxicology Before using Hyflon MFA dispersions consult the product Material Safety Data Sheet and follow all label directions and handling precautions. As with all PTFE materials, handling and processing should only be carried out in well ventilated areas. Venting units should be installed above processing equipment. Fumes must not be inhaled and eye and skin contact ought to be avoided. In case of skin contact wash with soap and water. In case of eye contact flush with water immediay and seek medical help. Do not smoke in areas contaminated with powder, vapour or fumes. See Material Safety Data Sheet for detailed advice on waste disposal methods. Packaging Hyflon D5220X is packaged in either 25 kg drums or 1500 kg IBC's.
