PC-PBT具有較高的表面硬度,較高的剛性和韌性,也有較高的抗高溫變形的能力,也有較高抗應(yīng)力開裂能力;它的機(jī)械性能介于兩者之間 抗高溫變形對(duì)于大形的外殼類材料具有重要的意義。
典型應(yīng)用范圍:
汽車保險(xiǎn)桿、門護(hù)板、拉手、行李架;電子元件開關(guān)、接插件等。
是汽車外裝飾件的理想材料,如汽車保險(xiǎn)杠,各種汽車電器配件等,可耐30℃以下高溫沖擊。
齒輪箱、汽車保險(xiǎn)杠以及要求具有抗化學(xué)反應(yīng)和耐腐蝕性、熱穩(wěn)定性、抗沖擊性以及幾何穩(wěn)定性的產(chǎn)品。
注塑模工藝條件:
干燥處理:建議110~135C,約4小時(shí)的干燥處理。
熔化溫度:235~300C。
模具溫度:37~93C。
化學(xué)和物理特性:
PC/PBT具有PC和PBT二者的綜合特性,例如PC的高韌性和幾何穩(wěn)定性以及PBT的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性、熱穩(wěn)定性和潤(rùn)滑特性等。.
