ALCUDIA CA-3220G EVA

This grade shows strong adhesion to PE, EVA, aluminum, and it has polyolefin-likeproperties.In addition, its processability is excellent.CA-3220G is mainly intended for use as a adhesive resin in auto head liner.CA-3220G is EVA based adhesive resin containing anhydride.

Used during flexible lidding conversion 

They are solvent free and don’t require the environmental controls associated with solvent-based or lacquer heat seal coatings. EVA加工 

They can also be processed using conventional rubber processing techniques such as Banbury, two-roll milling and compression molding.can be used in conventional extrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene resins. However, corrosion-protected barrels, screws, adapters, and dies are recommended, since, at sustained melt temperatures above 446°F.EVA resins can be processed by conventional thermoplastic processing techniques, including injection molding, structural foam molding, sheet and shape extrusion, blow molding and wire coating.
