螺旋循環攪拌使得原料混合更加均勻、快速。適用于各種塑料原料與色母的混合攪拌，新、舊料及色母混合則效果更佳。設備與原料所接觸部分的材料皆為全不銹鋼制作，清洗容易，避免銹蝕。設有電控安全保護裝置，確保操作安全。

工作原理：

LH-QF系列立式攪拌機的工作是利用螺桿的快速旋轉將原料從桶體底部由中心提升至頂端，再以傘狀飛拋散落，回至底部，這樣原料在桶內上下翻滾攪拌，短時間內即可大量原料均勻的混合完畢。
