工作原理說(shuō)明：
在設(shè)備剛啟動(dòng)時(shí)，低溫冷凝水和空氣同時(shí)進(jìn)入閥腔，這時(shí)開(kāi)啟自動(dòng)排空裝置將空氣排除，使低溫凝結(jié)水順利進(jìn)入閥腔，閥腔內(nèi)的凝結(jié)水的液位隨即上升，使浮球升高，開(kāi)啟閥孔，將凝結(jié)水迅速排出 ; 前面的蒸汽很快進(jìn)入加熱設(shè)備，使設(shè)備迅速加熱升溫，當(dāng)蒸汽或較高溫度的凝結(jié)水進(jìn)入閥腔時(shí)，自動(dòng)排空裝置開(kāi)始膨脹，關(guān)閉自動(dòng)排空氣裝置，疏水閥開(kāi)始正常工作。這時(shí)閥腔內(nèi)的浮球隨凝結(jié)水液位的高低而升降，能連續(xù)的排放凝結(jié)水。由于自由浮球式疏水閥的閥座孔總處于凝結(jié)水液位以下，形成水封，水汽自然分離，工作時(shí)達(dá)到無(wú)蒸汽泄漏。該閥的zui小工作壓力為0.01Mpa，從0.01Mpa至zui高工作壓力范圍內(nèi)不受溫度和工作壓力波動(dòng)的影響，能連續(xù)工作，其zui小過(guò)冷度約為
