本條床墊生產線解決方案采用優質的不銹鋼材質制作而成，使用壽命長達10年以上。可以實現多層不同厚度床墊生產過程中自動上料、自動床墊復合、自動檢測、自動包裝等功能。自動化程度高，一套流水線一天（10H）可以實現600個床墊的加工工作，大大節省了人工成本。
