本公司開發(fā)的碳化硅管式反應(yīng)器,采用碳化硅材料為主件,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單緊湊、強度高、抗腐蝕強、耐高溫、使用壽命長、便于檢修等特點。目前有單管反應(yīng)器、多管串聯(lián)管式反應(yīng)器和多管并聯(lián)管式反應(yīng)器。多管串聯(lián)管式反應(yīng)器,一般用于氣相反應(yīng)和氣液相反應(yīng);多管并聯(lián)管式反應(yīng)器,一般用于氣固相反應(yīng)。
The Silicon Carbide Tubular Reactors (SiC-TRs), developed by Innovation, use the Silicon carbide as the principal material. They have the following features: simple and compact structure, high strength, good resistant to corrosion, good thermo stability, long service life, and convenience for repair. At present, we provide single tube, multi-tube in line and multi-tube in parallel SiC-TRs. Generally, multi-tube in line SiC-TRs are used for gas-phase reaction and gas-liquid reaction, and multi-tube in parallel SiC-TRs are for gas-solid reaction.
