本機主要適用于石英晶體、光學水晶、藍寶石、玻璃等晶片材料的倒邊，通過特殊的間歇機構和可調的正反運轉，使水晶片能均勻的加工出高精度的研磨產品。

1 .該機的離心筒與常規旋轉筒相比，能夠在很短的時間內倒斜角，所用的時間僅為常規時間的十分之一。

2.裝載研磨桶的船體由主電機和變頻器驅動。固定在船體上的筒以同樣的速率公轉，研磨筒自轉時在筒內產生很強的離心力，因此，內部研料和毛坯表面在筒的內壁上受到強烈的磨擦，使倒邊在很短的時間內就能完成。而且，由于船體的轉速穩定，毛坯的受力均勻，可以極大的保證產品的研磨精度。

3.船體自轉采用圓弧齒同步帶傳動。傳動更加精準，不易失轉。

4.船體軸承和主軸軸承均采用進口產品。

5.人機交互系統操作簡單，使用方便。
