外框由防潮耐濕紙板製成,正常的操作環(huán)境下不會變形、破裂、扭曲,外框前後以對角線支撐設(shè)計固定濾材,折景濾網(wǎng)擁有至大開放過濾面積,供氣流通過助長集塵能力,結(jié)構(gòu)堅固過濾效果穩(wěn)定,使用壽命延長,濾材與外框緊密的黏合外框
防止任何氣漏產(chǎn)生。
As the perimeter frame of the filter is made of moisture-proof cardboard, there are no any deformations, breakages, or distortions happened consequently. Moreover, the diagonal paper member supporting design of both sides of the frame makes it is possible to hold the filter media more fixedly indeed. In addition, the media V-pleating design makes the free filtration area of the filter being maximized. It not only can provide better filtration efficiency but makes the filter construction being more sturdily and stably so as to ensure a longer life time as well. Besides of that, filter media has been sealed to frame firmly so as to prevent it from air leakage eventually.

area(A),which minimizes end losses and reduces pressure drop.
非楔形狀摺疊進氣面積 (C) 不等於出氣面積 (D),
導(dǎo)致高壓損及濾材使用不均勻。
Non-radial wedge pleats have unequal air exit (D) and air entering
(C) areas,wihich cause higher resistance and uneven usage of media.
