BDJC-150KV電壓擊穿試驗儀主要適用于固體絕緣材料如:塑料、薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等介質(zhì)在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷簳r間的測試。
⒈擊穿電壓(V):用連續(xù)均勻升壓的辦法對試樣施加工頻電壓并保持試樣發(fā)生擊穿時的電壓值,以kV表示。

六、注意事項:
1、試驗過程中不能讓無關(guān)人員靠近,因本試驗儀器可產(chǎn)生較高的電壓,未經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)的人員不能使用該設(shè)備。試驗時要有監(jiān)護人員,不要單人使用。以防萬一發(fā)生意外情況。
2、長時間不使用設(shè)備,在再使用時,先讓儀器空載加壓一次,即把高壓電極的接線從均壓球上取下。查看計算機試驗界面,看看高壓電壓是否正常。
3、試驗中發(fā)生意外情況要及時切斷電源,問題處理后才能繼續(xù)試驗。
4、設(shè)備安放要平穩(wěn),安放的地面要堅固。是水泥地面以免產(chǎn)生共振。
5、該設(shè)備在使用中外殼要接保護地線,既設(shè)備外殼接大地,以保護操作人員和設(shè)備運行的安全。
6、使用完設(shè)備后,要關(guān)掉系統(tǒng)各部分電源,不準帶電插拔電源線。
7、要按規(guī)定的電源電壓接入設(shè)備。確保電路接線正確。否則會損壞設(shè)備。
8、該儀器需安置在室內(nèi),實驗室應(yīng)整潔、干燥、無腐蝕性介質(zhì),非相關(guān)人員不要隨意操作。
9、不要讓設(shè)備電纜碰到尖邊,以免劃破電纜絕緣;不要讓電纜壓在重物之下,以免壓斷電纜引起火災(zāi);不要用電纜拉物體或用電纜捆綁物體,以免拉斷電纜使設(shè)備不能正常運轉(zhuǎn)。
10、不要讓設(shè)備碰到水濺,腐蝕性氣體,可燃氣體和可燃物。如果不避免,可能火災(zāi)。
11、搬動設(shè)備時,要切斷設(shè)備電源,既要把插頭從插座中拔下。禁止搬動設(shè)備時放倒設(shè)備或傾斜45°角以上。
12、不要在設(shè)備運行時插拔設(shè)備的電源插頭。
