高熔體強度型加工助劑主要有兩種：1-丙烯酸酯類共聚物，2-苯乙烯丙烯腈共聚物這種加工助劑在具有高熔體強度的同時兼具快速塑化能力，非常適合高填充配方，減量代替傳統的低粘度加工助劑，又因為其高粘度可用于PVC微發泡制品。High melt strength processing aid is mainly divided into two kinds:1-Acrylic copolymer,; 2- Styrene- acrylonitrile copolymerThese kinds of processing aid with high melt strength simultaneously with fast fusion, it is suitable used in high filler formula and replace conventional processing aid with lower using level. It can also be used in PVC micro foam application, such as thin foam sheet and PVC foam shoes.
