使用說(shuō)明
公共設(shè)備電力：電壓380V,50Hz。
主電源線：4平 四芯線
1、 機(jī)械運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中手切勿接觸滾輪。
2、 橡膠片應(yīng)該保持平整進(jìn)料，防止。
3、 進(jìn)料膠片厚薄要一致且要平整進(jìn)入膠輥，太簿的膠片進(jìn)膠棍必需折成雙層，噴水量要夠多，彈簧（進(jìn)料膠棍）不要調(diào)整過(guò)緊，工人的操作速度快，以免卷料。
4、 以上操作失誤，如有卷料，清理時(shí)，刀片一定不要損傷膠輥。
5、 后面出料膠輥進(jìn)料時(shí)，簿料必需折成雙層稍微一點(diǎn)拉力。不致于卷料，仍有存大阻料，查彈簧是否調(diào)整不當(dāng)，查膠輥是否卡住，上面膠輥和下面膠輥是否緊貼，軸承是否沒換油卡死，鏈條是否過(guò)松等。6、 壓水不干，煉膠機(jī)上要裝齊邊刀，減少碎料，平整一致，調(diào)整膠輥彈簧，注意彈簧不要調(diào)死，以免損壞電機(jī)。
7、 膠片如兩邊跑動(dòng)，請(qǐng)調(diào)整膠輥兩端彈簧壓力一致。
8、 機(jī)臺(tái)工作時(shí)，手一定不要伸進(jìn)里面，如有問(wèn)題，一定要停機(jī)解決。
9、 滾輪工作時(shí)旋轉(zhuǎn)不正常，請(qǐng)檢查鏈條松緊情況，齒輪是否損壞。
10、 發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)有異聲，要停機(jī)檢查，鏈條皮帶松動(dòng)要及時(shí)調(diào)整，螺絲松動(dòng)要及時(shí)緊固。
11、 如風(fēng)刀出風(fēng)量小，查看過(guò)濾網(wǎng)是否灰塵過(guò)多堵塞，清洗過(guò)濾網(wǎng)。

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Do not touch the cutter die and roller during the operation of the machine.
2. Rubber sheet should be kept flat to prevent material from sticking.
3. The thickness of feeding rubber slices must be consistent and the rubber slices should enter in the same level. Too thin rubber slices should enter in a way of double-decker. Water them with enough volume; do not adjust the spring too tight. The operating speed must be fast enough to avoid material rolling.
4. If above operational errors occur and material rolled, don’t let the blade operate the rubber roller when cleaning up.
5. When the triple-rubber-roller is feeding material, thin one must be folded into double-decker. If there still exist non-smoothly feeding, check whether the spring is adjusted properly; or check whether the rubber roller is blocked;
check whether the upper rubber roller is stuck with the lower one; or check whether the bearing roller is blocked for without oil replacing ;or check whether the chain is too loose, etc .
6. Pressurized water quit ,the knives should be installed in a level to the rubber making machine . Reduce rubber oddments and make rubber in a level and in the same thickness. Do adjust the spring, but not too tight to avoid damaging the MORTOR.
7. Rubber out of the sheet partial movement, please adjust the cots at both ends of the spring pressure consistent.
8. Do stop the machine when there is problem. Do not put hands in when the machine is still working.
9. The roller does not rotate properly when working. Please check the tightness of the chain and whether the gear is damaged.
10. Any unusual voice, stop and check. Adjust chains and screws if they are loose.
11. If the air output of the air knife is small, check whether the filter is clogged with too much dust and clean the filter.
