HPVM系列立式攪拌機的工作是利用螺杠的快速旋轉將原料從桶體底部由中心提升至頂端再以傘狀飛拋散落，回至底部，這樣原料在桶內上下翻滾攪拌，短時間內即可將大量原料均勻的混合完畢。同時開啟加熱裝置，整個料桶內部有高溫熱氣體，由于貨物上下翻動，短時間內可對物料烘干。
