1.灌裝嘴采用防滴漏裝置，灌裝不拉絲、不滴漏。
2.氣動部分采用德國FESTO或中國臺灣AIRTC的氣動元件，性能穩定。
3.具備灌裝調節手柄，灌裝速度可調節，灌裝精度高。
4.具備操作簡便，易保養，易清洗。
5.具備手動檔和自動檔，當選擇手動檔操作時可用配置的腳踩開關進行操控。
6.具備浮動接頭，確保設備運行的平穩，延長密封圈的使用壽命。
7.物料接觸部分均采用316不銹鋼材料制成，機架為不銹鋼304材質，符合GMP作業標準。
8.密封件采用硅橡膠（耐磨損、耐高溫、耐酸堿、耐腐蝕），氟橡膠（耐磨損、耐強酸、耐強堿、耐強腐蝕）。

非標定制:針對一些易拉絲、易產生泡沫、含顆粒、有腐蝕特點及需要80℃以上高溫灌裝的產品，本機可以針對性設計，以滿足不同產品特性的需求。
