一、工作原理及應用范圍介紹Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

高速旋轉的錘片式刀組對物料進行高速剪切撞擊等多種作用下被粉化，同時物料還獲得高能量高速度的顆粒物又再次與齒形結構的粉碎腔室壁形成碰撞作用，物料在多重動能作用下被粉碎達到細度要求，然后物料被風從環形結構的縫隙帶入旋風分離器進行氣、固分離，從而達到粉碎與收料過程的完成。本機廣泛應用于中藥材、纖維性產品、蔬菜、草類及飼料、化工、生物、醫藥等行業。

The materials are refined under the high-speed shearing and compact of hammer-shape cutter rotating at high speed; the granules with high energy and speed compact with the wall of pulverizing chamber in the tooth structure; so that the materials are pulverized to the fineness required under action of several kinetic energies, then brought to the cyclone separator for gas and solid separation through gap of circular structure, thus to complete the pulverizing and collecting processes. This equipment is widely applied in traditional Chinese medicine, fiber product, vegetable, grass and feed, chemical, biological and medicine industries.

二、特點  Characteristics

1、無粉碎細度控制的過濾篩網，可有效防止堵塞。

2、粉碎粒徑靠調節環隙的大小來控制粉碎粒徑大小，可調控。

3、粉碎刀組加工成雙面刃，可定期調換粉碎刃，大大減低運行成本。

2. The pulverizing grain size is controlled and adjusted through adjusting the size of circular gap.

3. The pulverizing cutter is provided with double-edged sword, and the pulverizing sword may be replaced regularly, thus to significantly reduce the operation cost.
