該生產(chǎn)線是我公司引進歐美*技術(shù)，結(jié)合國內(nèi)實際情況研制的產(chǎn)品，具有造型新穎、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、使用方便等特點。配用相應的模具，能夠滿足型材高速生產(chǎn)的需要。該系列生產(chǎn)線主機采用我公司生產(chǎn)的系列擠出機，達到與輔機、模頭完善匹配。整個生產(chǎn)線實現(xiàn)從進料到最后堆料的全自動控制，其中各個機組也可以單獨手動調(diào)整。具有高塑化能力、低能耗、高產(chǎn)量、性能價格比高，壽命長等優(yōu)點，是加工各種塑料異型材的設備。更換模具可用于多孔通訊管的生產(chǎn)。
