硬度測(cè)量?jī)xNewton Hardness Tester又名牛頓筆,由德國(guó)Robert Bosch GmbH發(fā)明,設(shè)計(jì)用于**地測(cè)量和記錄各種硬度(如各種涂層的硬度、塑料、木材或者金屬等材料表面的硬度),測(cè)量表面可為平面或曲面,且不論大小。該儀器攜帶方便,可裝在口袋中,適用于各種場(chǎng)合。
設(shè)計(jì):
儀器內(nèi)裝一個(gè)可調(diào)壓力的彈簧,壓力由滑桿控制,彈簧作用于一個(gè)碳化鎢測(cè)試頭上面,通過(guò)定位螺絲固定滑桿,以保證恒定的壓力,可選擇四種不同壓力的彈簧0-40N(4000g),對(duì)應(yīng)刻在筆上的刻度,四種壓力量程包括:
0-3N (0-300g) (藍(lán)色) 間隔:0.1N(10g)
No.2 0-10N(3-1000g) (紅色) 間隔:0.5N(50g)
No.3 0-20N(0-2000g) (黃色) 間隔:1N(100g)

測(cè)試方法:
通過(guò)滑桿可設(shè)置估計(jì)或已知彈簧壓力。將儀器垂直放在測(cè)試表面,以10mm/秒的速度劃一條5-10mm的直線。測(cè)試頭會(huì)產(chǎn)生一條僅肉眼看得見(jiàn)的劃痕。如果彈簧壓力太高,劃痕會(huì)很清晰,如果彈簧壓力太低,將沒(méi)有劃痕出現(xiàn)。通過(guò)鎖定滑桿每次可以控制所需的壓力,單位為牛頓或克(Newtons or g)。
保養(yǎng)事項(xiàng):
每次使用完應(yīng)注意保持清潔。如需清潔,先松開(kāi)螺母,拆下刻度筆,用軟布清潔測(cè)試頭、筆桿和孔。如長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用時(shí)可在各部件涂上一層保護(hù)油,放置于隨儀器的盒子內(nèi),并注意滑桿應(yīng)設(shè)于零位以保護(hù)彈簧的**度。

The degree of hardness of paint films, plastic coatings. etc. can be accurately measured and recorded with the Newton Hardness Tester, Model 810. no matter whether on a level or curved surface, small or large.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
No further maintenance is required, because of the plastic bearings used for the construction of the instrument. For the purpose of cleaning removes the engraving pencil. Rod and bore are then cleaned with a soft cloth.
Although the Newton Hardness Test, Model 810 is of sturdy construction, the stylus point does not tolerate heavy blows. When not in use, the slider should be set to zero for preserving the accuracy of the springs.
