本機適用于BOPP、PET、CPP、PCVD、鍍鋁膜、鋁薄等相同性質的組合膜、紙等。機械速度140/分。

1.主傳動結構：主傳采用交流頻矢量控制，熱股和涂膠網紋輥，網紋速度可調快慢。

2.放料機構：一、二組放料采用光電糾邊雙放料裝置，放卷由手動張力控制，復合膜放料采用光電糾邊磁粉張力控制。

3.涂膠機構：網紋輥通過刮刀進行刮涂膠量，膠量厚薄刮刀可任意調節，膠輥采用雙氣缸升壓，壓力可任意調節，并配備停機涂膠可自動升起。

4.烘道內機構：烘道溫度四段只能溫控儀控制。
