XGH塑料管道系統冷熱水循環試驗機
一、用途
塑料管道系統冷熱水循環試驗機適用于對各種管材和管件按規定的要求組裝并承受一定的內壓在溫度交替變化的次數后,檢查管材和管件的滲漏情況,該儀器主要用于管材管件組裝后的系統試驗。
適用于冷熱水系統用熱塑性管材管件系統和鋁塑管管件試驗的要求,以及適用于工作壓力為0.4MPA,0.6MPA,和1.0MPA的建筑物內用于輸送水的下列塑料管道系統:a)冷熱水,包括飲用水的管道系統.b)熱水采暖的管道系統。不適用于消防系統和不使用水作為加熱介質的供暖系統.試驗裝置采用了國外的*控制裝置對壓力進行控制,防止了水壓隨溫度和時間的波動,試驗壓力由國外進口的壓力泵提供,保證了壓力的*有效性穩定性。其檢測裝置根據水溫情況自動開啟相應的回水閥,減少了系統能耗,降低試驗成本。
儀器用特殊裝置大大消除了管路的噪聲,采用國內的制冷設備,功耗小,制冷量大;可靠的安全防護裝置和全面的液位測量裝置,保證了高低溫水箱的液位高度,當試驗失敗,管路有破裂時,及時的停機;能有效的對試驗人員進行保護又便于觀察試驗的過程,產品的設計*模擬產品實際應用中的景,設計思路在國內獨樹一幟。

三、專業術語
工作溫度T0:系統設計的輸送水的溫度或溫度組合.
zui高工作溫度Tmzx:僅在短時間內出現的,可以接受的zui高溫度.
故障溫度Tn:系統超出控制極*出現的zui高溫度.
工作壓力P0:系統設計輸送水的壓力.
經處理的水:塑料管材、管件制造商和管道系統供應商所允許使用的含有水處理劑的水.
四、試驗試樣
1管材試樣可直接進行試驗(不超過Ф63)
①生產管件的材料應當制成管狀試樣,按GB/T 18252進行試驗,材料應達到產品標準規定的控制點。
②制作管件的材料需經下述(六)的材料性能試驗所驗證,試驗要求應考慮到zui終的使用條件級別和管件的類型。

六、計算
1、對于每種應用,首先要確定一個對應的使用條件級別,并用GB/T 18252-2000等方法得到50年使用時的zui大允許應力,再按要求選用合適的系數,按Miner’s規則進行計算。
計算下列式(1)和(2),取其中zui低值。

2、使用系數
當計算zui大允許環應力時,所用溫度分布中的T0、Tmax、Tm和Tc的使用系數均在相應產品標準中規定。
七、系統使用性試驗
1、組裝件的靜液壓試驗
按ISO3458規定,將管材和管件連接成組裝件,在下列條件下進行試驗,管材和管件及連接處不應發生滲漏。
①試驗溫度為20℃±2℃,試驗壓力為рo的1.5倍,保持1h。
②試驗溫度為95℃±2℃,用管材材料1000h95℃的預測應力值除以(d-e)/2e計算出95℃±2℃的試驗壓力值,保持1000h。
2、熱循環試驗
試驗條件為:5000次循環,每次循環30min±2min,恒定在操作壓力рo(0.4,0.6或1.0 MPa)。每次循環應有一個15min的冷水(溫度為20℃±2℃)流動時間及一個15min的熱水(Tmax +10℃,但不超過90℃)流動時間。管材、管件及連接處不應發生滲漏。
八、特點:

九、該儀器由四大部分組成:
1、冷水源系統提供試驗用高壓冷水及保證溫度穩定;
2、熱水源系統提供試驗用熱水并保證溫度穩定;
3、試樣箱用于安裝試樣。
4、控制系統為本機的*控制及試驗保障系統。

A, use

Not applicable to fire coNTol system and do not use water as heat medium heating system. Technical terms
Temperature T0: the temperature or temperature combination of the system designed to convey water.
Highest working temperature Tmzx: only available in a short period of time, acceptable maximum temperature.
Failure temperature Tn: the maximum temperature when the system exceeds the limit of coNTol.
Pressure of work pressure: system design to transport water pressure.
Treated water: water treated with water treated by plastic tubing, pipe fittings manufacturer and supplier of piping systems.
Iv. Test samples
1 tube samples can be directly tested (no more than Ф 63)
The materials for the production of pipe fittings shall be made into tubular specimens and tested by GB/T 18252. The materials shall meet the coNTol points specified in the product standards.
The material of the production pipe shall be verified by the material performance test of the following (6). The test requirements shall take into account the final conditions of use and the type of pipe fittings.

Six, calculation
1, for each application, the first thing to determine a corresponding level of using conditions, and using the methods of GB/T 18252-2000-50 years when using the maximum allowable stress, to choose suitable coefficient, according to the requirement by the Miner's rule to calculate.

2. Use coefficient
The use coefficients of T0, Tmax, Tm and Tc in the temperature distribution are specified in the corresponding product standard when the maximum allowable ring stress is allowed.
Vii. System usability test
1. Static hydraulic test of assembly parts
According to iso 3458, the pipe and pipe fittings shall be connected to the assembly parts. Under the conditions of the following conditions, the pipes and fittings and fittings shall not leak.
(1) to test temperature is 20 ℃ + 2 ℃, the test pressure is 1.5 times that of р o keep 1 h.
(2) to test temperature is 95 ℃ + 2 ℃, tubing materials 1000 h95 ℃ to predict stress value divided by (d - e) / 2 e to calculate the 95 ℃ + 2 ℃ test pressure value, maintain 1000 h.
2. Thermal cycling test
Test conditions for: a 5000 - cycle, each loop 30 min plus or minus 2 min, constant in the operating pressure р o (0.4, 0.6 or 0.6 MPa).
(15 min each cycle should have a cold water temperature is 20 ℃ plus or minus 2 ℃) flow of time and a hot water for 15 min (Tmax + 10 ℃, but not over 90 ℃) flow of time.
Pipes, fittings and joints shall not leak.
