BDJC-150KV電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)儀主要適用于固體絕緣材料如:塑料、薄膜、樹(shù)脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等介質(zhì)在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸?qiáng)度和耐電壓時(shí)間的測(cè)試。
⒈擊穿電壓(V):用連續(xù)均勻升壓的辦法對(duì)試樣施加工頻電壓并保持試樣發(fā)生擊穿時(shí)的電壓值,以kV表示。

六、注意事項(xiàng):
1、試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中不能讓無(wú)關(guān)人員靠近,因本試驗(yàn)儀器可產(chǎn)生較高的電壓,未經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)的人員不能使用該設(shè)備。試驗(yàn)時(shí)要有監(jiān)護(hù)人員,不要單人使用。以防萬(wàn)一發(fā)生意外情況。
2、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不使用設(shè)備,在再使用時(shí),先讓儀器空載加壓一次,即把高壓電極的接線從均壓球上取下。查看計(jì)算機(jī)試驗(yàn)界面,看看高壓電壓是否正常。
3、試驗(yàn)中發(fā)生意外情況要及時(shí)切斷電源,問(wèn)題處理后才能繼續(xù)試驗(yàn)。
4、設(shè)備安放要平穩(wěn),安放的地面要堅(jiān)固。是水泥地面以免產(chǎn)生共振。
5、該設(shè)備在使用中外殼要接保護(hù)地線,既設(shè)備外殼接大地,以保護(hù)操作人員和設(shè)備運(yùn)行的安全。
6、使用完設(shè)備后,要關(guān)掉系統(tǒng)各部分電源,不準(zhǔn)帶電插拔電源線。
7、要按規(guī)定的電源電壓接入設(shè)備。確保電路接線正確。否則會(huì)損壞設(shè)備。
8、該儀器需安置在室內(nèi),實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)整潔、干燥、無(wú)腐蝕性介質(zhì),非相關(guān)人員不要隨意操作。
9、不要讓設(shè)備電纜碰到尖邊,以免劃破電纜絕緣;不要讓電纜壓在重物之下,以免壓斷電纜引起火災(zāi);不要用電纜拉物體或用電纜捆綁物體,以免拉斷電纜使設(shè)備不能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
10、不要讓設(shè)備碰到水濺,腐蝕性氣體,可燃?xì)怏w和可燃物。如果不避免,可能火災(zāi)。
11、搬動(dòng)設(shè)備時(shí),要切斷設(shè)備電源,既要把插頭從插座中拔下。禁止搬動(dòng)設(shè)備時(shí)放倒設(shè)備或傾斜45°角以上。
12、不要在設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí)插拔設(shè)備的電源插頭。

Matters needing attention:
