力士樂REXROTH油泵特點(diǎn):力士樂柱塞泵根據(jù)傾斜元件的不同,有斜盤式和斜軸式兩種。斜盤式是斜盤相對(duì)
回轉(zhuǎn)的缸體有一傾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往復(fù)
運(yùn)動(dòng)。傳動(dòng)軸軸線和缸體軸線是*的。這種結(jié)構(gòu)較
簡單,轉(zhuǎn)速較高,但工作條件要求高,柱塞端部與斜
盤的接觸部往往是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。斜軸式的斜盤軸線
與傳動(dòng)軸軸線是*的。它是由于柱塞缸體相對(duì)傳動(dòng)
軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。流量調(diào)節(jié)依靠擺
動(dòng)柱塞缸體的角度來實(shí)現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與
斜盤式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。軸向柱塞泵與徑向柱塞泵比較,排出壓力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范圍內(nèi)工作,效率也高,徑向尺寸小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕。但結(jié)構(gòu)較徑向柱塞泵復(fù)雜,加工制造要求高,價(jià)格較貴。軸向柱塞泵一般用
于機(jī)床、冶金、鍛壓、礦山及起重機(jī)械的液壓傳動(dòng)系
統(tǒng)中,特別廣泛地應(yīng)用于大功率的液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中。
為了提高效率,在應(yīng)軸向柱塞泵一般都由缸體、配油
盤、柱塞和斜盤等主要零件組成。缸體內(nèi)有多個(gè)柱塞
,柱塞是軸向排列的,即柱塞的中心線平行于傳動(dòng)軸
的軸線,因此稱它為軸向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往復(fù)
式柱塞泵,因?yàn)樗闹粌H在泵缸內(nèi)做往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),
而且柱塞和泵缸與斜盤相對(duì)有旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。柱塞以一球
形端頭與斜盤接觸。在配油盤上有高低壓月形溝槽,
它們彼此由隔墻隔開,保證一定的密封性,它們分別
與泵的進(jìn)油口和出油口連通。斜盤的軸線與缸體
軸線之間有一傾斜角度。力士樂油泵有開槽控制的斜盤設(shè)計(jì),連續(xù)可變的排量,良好的自吸性,

REXROTH力士樂泵A10VS045DR/31RPPB12N00力士樂齒輪泵 齒輪泵是依靠泵缸與嚙合齒輪間所形成的工作容積變化和移動(dòng)來輸送液體或使之增壓的回轉(zhuǎn)泵。由兩個(gè)齒輪、泵體與前后蓋組成兩個(gè)封閉空間,當(dāng)齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí),齒輪脫開側(cè)的空間的體積從小變大,形成真空,將液體吸入,齒輪嚙合側(cè)的空間的體積從大變小,而將液體擠入管路中去。吸入腔與排出腔是靠兩個(gè)齒輪的嚙合線來隔開的。齒輪泵的排出口的壓力*取決于泵出處阻力的大小。
zui基本形式就是兩個(gè)尺寸相同的齒輪在一個(gè)緊密配合的殼體內(nèi)相互
嚙合旋轉(zhuǎn),這個(gè)殼體的內(nèi)部類似“8”字形,兩個(gè)齒輪裝在里面,齒輪的外徑及兩側(cè)與殼體緊密配合。來自于擠出機(jī)的物料在吸入口進(jìn)入兩個(gè)齒輪中間,并充滿這一空間,隨著齒的旋轉(zhuǎn)沿殼體運(yùn)動(dòng),zui后在兩齒嚙合時(shí)排出。
齒輪泵也叫正排量裝置,即像一個(gè)缸筒內(nèi)的活塞,當(dāng)一個(gè)齒進(jìn)入另一個(gè)齒的流體空間時(shí),液體就被機(jī)械性地?cái)D排出來。因?yàn)橐后w是不可壓縮的,所以液體和齒就不能在同一時(shí)間占據(jù)同一空間,這樣,液體就被排除了。由于齒的不斷嚙合,這一現(xiàn)象就連續(xù)在發(fā)生,因而也就在泵的出口提供了一個(gè)連續(xù)排除量,泵每轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn),排出的量是一樣的。隨著驅(qū)動(dòng)軸的不間斷地旋轉(zhuǎn),泵也就不間斷地排出流體。泵的流量直接與泵的轉(zhuǎn)速有關(guān)。
液壓站又稱液壓泵站,是獨(dú)立的液壓裝置,它按驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置(主機(jī))要求供油,并控制油流的方 向、壓力和流量,它適用于主機(jī)與液壓裝置可分離的各種液壓機(jī)械下。 用戶購買后只要將液壓站與 主機(jī)上的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)(油缸和油馬達(dá))用油管相連,液壓機(jī)械即可實(shí)現(xiàn)各種規(guī)定的動(dòng)作、工作循環(huán)。
液壓站[The hydraulic pressure stands ]液壓站是由液壓泵、驅(qū)動(dòng)用電動(dòng)機(jī)、油箱、溢流閥等構(gòu)成的液壓源裝置或包括控制閥在內(nèi)的液壓裝置。按驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置要求的流向、壓力和流量供油,適用于驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置與液壓站分離的各種機(jī)械上,將液壓站與驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置(油缸或馬達(dá))用油管相連,液壓系統(tǒng)既可實(shí)現(xiàn)各種規(guī)定的動(dòng)作。工作原理:電機(jī)帶動(dòng)油泵工作提供壓力源,通過集成塊、液壓閥等對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置(油缸或馬達(dá))進(jìn)行方向、壓力、流量的調(diào)節(jié)和控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)各種規(guī)定動(dòng)作。
