WZY-240*制樣機
WZY-240系列*制樣機由試樣切割部分、缺口制樣部分、啞鈴制樣部分三部分組成。試樣切割部分用于切割條形試樣、管材試樣。缺口制樣部分用于制備簡支梁、懸臂梁沖擊試驗的試樣樣條缺口。啞鈴制樣部分用于制備各種非金屬材料拉伸試驗用標準啞鈴試樣或非標準試樣。三種功能集于一身，便于實現(xiàn)制樣全過程。制樣主動力分別由電機驅(qū)動，帶動銑刀及鋸片旋轉(zhuǎn)切割試樣。各個方向進給用導軌進行導向，移動平穩(wěn)。夾具方便靈活，適用于多種試樣的制作。為防止試樣加工發(fā)熱變形，制樣過程采用水冷卻，由水泵進行水循環(huán)。該*制樣機結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作方便、進給平穩(wěn)、制樣迅速準確。
為安全起見本儀器操作按扭均為急停按扭，既旋轉(zhuǎn)打開按下停止。
該機分為兩種：WZY-240型 自然冷卻 WZY-240型 水冷
