This recycling line is composed of separator, crusher, cold & hot washer, dewaterer, dryer, packing system, etc.

The whole line includes:
1. Belt convoy: Waste film feeding
2. Crusher: Film crushing
3. Frame: we can design the diameter of the hole according to customer’s requirement.
4. Screw loader: Scrap conveyor
5. Floating washer: Cleaning film scraps and separating remained dirt and dust.
6. Screw loader: Scrap conveyor into hot washer
7. Hot washer: Connected with steam boiler. Steam supplied into washing tank to heat water and scraps. Hot water makes waste loosen from film. Meanwhile add caustic soda and cleaning chemicals to remove dirt and oil from film.

9. High-speed friction washer: Get rid of dirty waste and oil.

11. Floating washer: Cleaning film scraps and separating remained dirt and dust.
