DPU(Distributed Process Unit)和操作員站人機界面HMI(Human Machine Interface)構成的,相應就有所謂 "虛擬DPU"和"虛擬HMI"的分類。虛擬 DPU、虛擬HMT以及部分虛擬的多種不同的排列組合,構成了虛擬DCS的分類。對虛擬DCS的細致分類,有助于統一概念、明確規劃和應用開發,對研究和工程實踐都是非常必要的。這里列出的分類,可以說,除(1)和 (8)之外,都屬于虛擬DCS范圍。
(1)全激勵DCS──其DPU的數量及運行軟件、HMI的數量及運行軟件都和真實DCS**,僅需要為過程模型的連接開發接口軟件。目前國外使用的仿真系統、國內迸口大型機組的仿真系統,大多數采用這類*逼真的技術實現方案。
(2)zui小配置DPU+真實HMI──將原本分散的DPU軟件集中在一臺DPU上運行,DPU硬件取zui小激勵配置,而DPU軟件需經過一些虛擬改造,開發實時數據共享接口軟件,采用真實HMI,對運行人員操作培訓有*的逼真度。
(3)zui小配置DPU+仿真HMI──同樣DPU硬件取zui小激勵配置和DPU軟件虛擬改造,但HMI采用第三方的人機界面組態工具進行開發,在開放的計算機軟件和網絡平臺上實現,對管理和檢修人員的在線使用有*的功能逼真度。
